1. Service description
MyMusicGenie provides AI-generated personalised songs as digital gifts. Songs are generated using third-party AI services based on inputs you provide.
2. Orders and payment
All sales are final once generation has begun. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
3. Licence and use
Songs are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may share your song privately as a gift. You may not sell, redistribute, or use songs commercially without written permission.
4. Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of our product, refunds are not offered once generation has started. If there is a technical failure on our part, we will regenerate your song at no additional cost.
5. Prohibited content
You must not submit inputs that are defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, or that violate any third-party rights. We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate these guidelines.
